Their broadband used to be excellent but due to over-subscription it now utilises heavy traffic shaping. What use is a service that is 6 Mbps at 4am but only 0.3 Mbps weekday evenings. Tech support was useless (when you could through to them) and kept blaming my line or equipment. Swopped to another provider and have been rewarded with a minimum of 5Mbps 24/7.
