I assume that some people did not get what they ordered; however, with my order everything was in place.
They sent me a confirmation recipe and then a letter saying that my order was shipped. Then, several days later, it arrived.
Overall, the website is not perfect, but the result was as it should be: the order arrived.
There are many reasons not to shop here. One they can even fill your order. Two they won't send your order to you in the time stated on your order. There customer service is so bad you can't even get them on the phone. Then when you get so fed up with them and cancel your order. They will send it to you. So now you need to call them to send it back. But guess what they don't answer there phone. So you call your credit card company to get your payment. With you on the phone they agree to a full refund. However when you get your refund its not the same amount. They charged you shipping. Now remember you informed them to cancel your order before they shipped it to you. These people are so unprofessional can't believe they are still in business. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Since this company is based in Canada, they take full advantage of the fact that US customers have little recourse to hold them accountable for their bad practices. Neither before nor after ordering did they give any indication that the items were backordered. After a week passed and it became clear that my items would not be shipping anything soon, I requested cancellation and a refund. They completely ignored this request and about a dozen more over the next five weeks. Then last week I got an email from "Gina" saying my order had shipped, acting like all was going according to plan and encouraging me to contact them with any questions! Who knows when or if I'll actually get my order. All I know is that no matter what happens, there is no possibility of ever getting a refund from these people. Unless you love frustrating experiences, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
I placed an order on January 14, 2013. I experienced some trouble with the website-no confirmation page. When I called the company three days later, I was told my order was being processed and would be shipped that day or the following. I received no information by Tuesday the next week, I emailed and called and received no response for four days. I finally had an email letting me know that my product was on backorder, yet there was no indication on the site nor when I spoke to a rep. After 3 1/2 weeks of waiting, I had an email indicating my product was being shipped. My concerns about the website were never addressed, I felt patronized when I finally had a response and, even though they state my business is important to them, nothing they did showed me my business was desired. I will not recommend them to any one. If I can find my product else where, I will not be ordering from there again.
I placed an order then noticed a charge on my bank statement where they charged more and also charged a 2nd time. I called their phone number that states they have 24hr service yet got voice mail on two different days once during the afternoon. No one has called back to explain the extra charges and it's been 11 days and nothing has been delivered. Do Not use this company. This is the first time I have ever placed a negative review on anyone.
I canceled my order and was charged despite notifying the company of my cancelation within seconds of the order. I have sent 2 email messages and they have not responded. The Better Business Bureau gives an "F" rating to this company due to the complaints it has received. Ripoffreports.com also has numerous complaints about this company. I would NOT recommend ordering anything from it! I have filed a complaint with the NY attorney general office.
I am very impressed. Wow! I bought three different hard-to-find teas from zooscape and they shipped them to me much faster than I could ever have hoped. My order arrived in perfect condition in just 2 days! I am so happy I bought with them! Thank you very much zooscape, you are awesome!
What a horrible company, we placed our order on Dec 1st, waited weeks, and still have not received anything as of Dec 22nd... It took over 20 calls to get a live body on the phone after days of calling and getting voice mail.
We emailed the CEO "Cary James Heather" and NEVER received a response. We have had to dispute this transaction with our bank as a result of the lack of customer service. I begin to wonder if this is really a company or just a front!! Horrible customer service, we will NEVER order from them again...

I have yet to receive this shipment even after you stated you shipped it priority mail after waiting weeks for the order to get partially processed.
I will be placing a stop payment on this transaction as soon as I finish writing this email. If/when I do receive this order, I will be promptly returning the merchandise without opening the package. I request you issue me a refund within the next 24 hours. DO NOT ship the Chamomile as stated below.

We ordered some high-end green tea from the site and received it late last week. The products arrived exactly as we expected... we drink a lot of green tea and these green teas are the best we've every had! Terravita tea is high-end quality! After looking at many sites, we finally found a great selection of green teas at Zooscape.com at very affordable prices. We will be buying more supplements and probably some beauty products from them after the holidays. Zooscape lacks ability to communicate with customers when items are not available. After 30 days of waiting I have requested a refund. The only way I know what is going on is because I called them.
I Ordered something 1 week ago, it has yet to be shipped. Nothing saying it was out of stock, no call or email as to why it has not been sent yet. I have emailed them 4 times asking them and called them many times and they have yet to call me back. They made no hesitation to take my money real quick though. I finally got a hold of someone after calling so much and they gave me some lame excuse that their shipping was closed over the holiday and they would ship it out today (yesterday) faster shipping with no extra charge...STILL NO SHIPMENT!!!!!! worst customer service EVER. DONT TRUST THIS SITE. Anything you get on here you can get anywhere else. I needed this for something very important by Thursday the 14th, but who knows now if it will get to me or not sense it has not shipped, they lied to me, and have terrible communication skills.

I ordered my product in early October. After two weeks, I had not heard from the company or received my order, so I attempted to contact them. After days of trying to reach someone, I was told that they did not have my product and it was on backorder. This was not shown anywhere on the site, or communicated to me until I asked where my shippment that I had ALREADY been charged for was. Totally unacceptable. I told them I wanted my money back now, and was offered a trade to a similar product instead. I accepted the substitution, but had to call AGAIN a week later to ask if my product had shipped out. It has now been a month since I originally ordered and was charged. In addition, I started receiving spam mail advertisements that I did not ask for. One of the worst retail experiences of my life.
I ordered an item in early September. They immediately charged my credit card, but nothing arrived for over a month. When I attempted to reach their customer service center by phone, nobody answered so I left several messages. I did get a call back on my answering machine saying my item would be shipped "soon." My item finally arrived in late October. I will not be placing any more orders with this company.
I am so mad at this seller! On the advice of my PCP, I ordered some tincture of blessed thistle, in order to increase my milk production (I am breastfeeding). I placed the order on June 28, 2010 and paid extra to expedite the shipment. As nothing was coming in the mail, I emailed these people on July 3rd, 2010, for a status. No answer. I called them the next day, lef a vmail, no reaction. I called again two days later and spoke to a woman, who gave me some vague excuse, told me that my product was now ready to ship (hellooooo!) and that she would give me a complimentary fast shipment. Today is July 8th and still nothing. My milk supply is depleting by the day. I am now calling my credit card company to dispute the payment and put this lame shopping experience behind me.
