I received a replica jersey but the jersey didn't match the advertised images on the website. It was missing two critical patches. When I pointed this out to their "customer service" I kept receiving questions about some code - I sent pictures and the UPC number but their replies were things like "where is this code from" "what code is this". They have the order number and pictures I've sent - no acknowledgement of this. Message arrive back every 3-4 days, slower than actual snail mail. Images on the site continue to advertise a different jersey than they are actually shipping. Who knows how many other jerseys are wrong...BEWARE!!
I order a Nike Barcelona Shoe bag from uksoccershop.com on Feb. 11 and it arrived on Feb. 25, more than the regular 5-7 days they told me to wait, I have no idea why people are saying they are scammers I placed an order and it arrived... Late, but it arrived. They got great items and prices and sometimes promotions (coupon codes) for better deals. I suggest buyers to only order stuff that is 'In Stock' only to prevent any complications with your order since I've heard some buyers complain on orders that were in 'back order' status. Btw I live in New York.
Order a Hoodie, when it arrived it was in the wrong color so i contacted the company and they asked me to post it back to them and they would refund my money + the postage amount i had to pay to get it to them.
when the item arrived at uksoccershop it took them 2 weeks before i got my money for the hoodie back. They didn't pay me the postage fee. And when i e-mailed them they ignored me. I have e-mailed them about 10 times now and they still ignore me. Don't ever buy from them. They ignore you when the paypal can't help you anymore.
It was nearly a month before I received a reply to my initial email regarding my shipment status; it was never delivered after two months. It was nearly two months after that before I was told I that I would receive a full refund. However, the refund never came and continued attempts to get a hold of the company (specifically a "Biju Peter") have remained unsuccessful. They stopped all communications with me after they stated they would refund my money for the order. 9 months after I initially ordered my product and still nothing. Uksoccershop is a pathetic excuse for a company with terrible customer service. Heed this warning! Do not waste your time or money on this poorly run company.
Hello. I'm using UKSoccerShop since 2011. I have ordered many items for my friends, family, cousins, in different parts of the world. I'm proud with this company and I'm very graceful cause they exist. Price of their order is always low, they're making many offers every week, they're shipping very fast, they're processing orders very very quickly. Many times I have ordered to my shirts be printed and they have printed them 2,3 shirts in the same day and the same day shipped! I love UkSoccerShop, and thans for the service.
This company and their customer service are a disgrace. I bought a football top from them and had a name/number put on it. My son put it on and within 1 hour the lettering had started to come off. The top is also slim fit as opposed to regular and so only just fits. I read their guarantee - it said they refund for faulty items, it also said they offer a service whereby they organise collection. I tried to get a resolution and was repeatedly ignored until I went through my Amazon Account and even then it was vague and delayed. Unfortunately I hadn't initially realised they were on Amazon and didn't order via this account but that is the only time I got a reply and they completely ignored my request for an organised collection. Eventually, I sent it back recorded delivery (more expense). I then chased for a refund (this was ignored) and eventually the top came back with the lettering ironed back on and really poor quality!!! I GIVE UP but will never use this company again and suggest that if you do buy from them do so as a last resort (Sports Direct are excellent) and GO THROUGH AMAZON! Good luck! If I could give zero stars I would.
I bought a PSG football shirt for my son for Xmas and asked to have the Ligue 1 badges on the sleeves. When it arrived they weren't on it so I wrote before Xmas asking them to send them so that I could put them on. No response so my son got an incomplete strip from Santa! He was a bit disappointed. Wrote again in early January to chase them up but to date I have not had the courtesy of an answer. Their website doesn't have a phone number and I cannot see any way to email them. All very suspicious. Too many complaints for them to handle? I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from this company.
UK soccershop have the worst customer service you will ever experience. They have ripped us $150. My girlfriend ordered me a long sleeve Tottenham Sandro Shirt for me for Christmas, Upon receiving it I noticed they had sent the shirt bit with a completely incorrect number on it, a Number 8 when Sandro is and always has been number 30. We looked at the oder and the picture of the shirt she ordered clearly had the correct number 30 on it. IT cost her close to $150 AUD for the shirt. We got in touch via the help desk ticket system and SIMON got in touch reasonably quick the first time and said he would try and arrange a replacement. Since then we have contacted him several times and we get absolutely no response what so ever. No replacement has been shipped, no money refunded just complete silence. It is now over a month since we started trying to get the shirt replaced for the correct one and absolutely no one will even respond to us. Paid $150 for a shirt I can not even wear now because it has the wrong number on it, Its the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Further to that we were charged twice for the courier, at first on a help desk ticket we were told one would be refunded. This never happened and that issue now 6 weeks on same as the incorrect printing on the Sandro shirt just absolutely no one will even respond to our ticket/emails. Would never shop there again and I strongly warn others to look at their reviews on the web and it won't take u long to realise no one should ever be trusting this company. Shame we didn't look into it first.
I ordered some shirt for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately the order never arrived, apparently stuck somewhere on it's way to destination. Once I contacted UKSoccershop, the service was excellent. Less than ½ hour from I posted my request for an updated, I was in contact with their servicedesk. They investigated the shipped delivery. After 2 days they offered me to resend the order. It arrived within a few days. I asked if it was possible to add personalization to the shirts i ordered before resending the order. This request was accepted and carried out to my satisfaction. All in all, a very positive support. Of course it was a shame the order did not arrive in time, but I cannot blame UKSoccershop for that. This was the third time I made business with UKSoccershop, and I will defiantly do this again.
I ordered some football shirts, an error was made with the delivery . I sent an electronic request to customer services which was responded to in a very efficient manner. The correct t-shirt was then sent straight away with no fuss. Very pleased.
the only reason i shopped from uksoccershop because they sell many 3xl jersey which i cannot find it on any other online shop. i bought 10 jerseys on may 24, 2013. using dhl i received the first 4 shirts less than a week. the remaining 6 are backorder. but until jan 21, 2014. i still not received, so i lodge a complain. the funny thing is when Mr Biju reply me, it says that that all my items has been REFUNDED. so right now i insist to have the paypal transaction Id. if they failed, i would lodge complaint to PAYPAL.
if you did order something, just hope that they have the items in stock. if the items says it was BACKORDER... you are screwed.
I purchased £395 worth of goods on 19th Dec and paid by debit card. Most of the order arrived on 23rd Dec but there was a football top, shorts & socks missing but different clubs. Basically my son received from 'Santa' incomplete strips. I've tried to get in contact since 23rd Dec by email and telephone, I have had no response from emailing and when I telephone the two numbers I found on the internet the line just rings. I've tried the contact us link on their website, submit a ticket etc. And it doesn't work! on my account it just shows 'back orders' next to the items I'm still waiting for. I think it's an absolute disgrace if I have to put pen to paper!!! Why isn't anyone responding to my emails? Why does the line just ring? My order was sent by Simon Pretswell of Uksoccer shop.
Stay Away. Ordered a shirt w/name imprint in a specific junior size, however after confirming w/payment, the confirmation email showed a smaller size the one I ordered, but unfortunately did not take a screenshot.
Despite replying quickly to indicate the error in size, the order was processed without heeding the input and I've received no response w/respect to returning the item!
Will need to explore options to recoup funds via paypal...
14th Jan - UPDATE - Following publication of my review, Simon@uksoccershop has been in contact and I am pleased to say that my refund has now been processed and I have received my funds into my Paypal account. It's a shame that the company allow such complaints to escalate which reflects badly on their customer service, when in actual fact, they can be resolved quickly and efficiently once ownership is taken for the case. I have amended my rating above from a 1 to a 2.
Original Issue Absolutely gutted that I have been scammed by such an outfit! I purchased an item from uksoccershop as a Christmas present for my husband and I paid by Palpal (wish now I had used a credit card). The item arrived in a timely manner but unfortunately was too small. I followed the correct returns procedure and sent back the item for a refund. Uksocccershop confirmed that they had received my item on the 12th December, it is now the 12th January and there is no sign of my refund in my Paypal account. Each time I email the company, they tell me the refund has been processed, however when I call Paypal they tell me it hasn't. It has taken at least 11 emails to-ing and fro-ing but I am just not getting anywhere. To make matters worse, as the transaction was over 45 days, Paypal will not dispute this - even though the timescale has lapsed due UKsoccershop giving me the run around. Goodbye £55.00, I doubt I shall see my money again. I'm quite tempted to pay them a visit, I understand that the company is run by a kid from his home address in Hamilton, the address is easily obtained from directors name at companies house, in case anyone else is interested in doing the same. There have been far too many instances the same as mine, this "kid" is making a small fortune and in effect, this is theft.
Ordered a football shirt from UKSoccershop which took almost 3 weeks to arrive. The Shirt itself was perfectly fine (Argentina 2014 World Cup Shirt) however the shirt print (Maradona 10) was an absolute disgrace. It was scored and marked and can only describe the printing as tatty with what seemed to be glue residue splattered all over the front and back number. Certainly not fit for purpose and certainly not what I expect any company to believe that this is an acceptable condition for any customer to receive their shirt they paid for in. The shirt was returned with a note explaining the issue but UKSoccershop first of all said they did not receive the return, when it had been delivered, then denied that there is any issue with the shirt and say that its perfectly fine which seems to suggest being accused of being a liar, this is something I am extremely furious about. It took them 3 weeks, after they received the return to eventually respond and lie to me stating there is nothing wrong with the shirt, this was after they initially denied ever receiving the shirt back in the first place until I quoted the tracking number proving they have had it for over 3 weeks, so another lie. They have refused to return my money so I am £65. out of pocket and without the tatty Shirt I paid for (not that its fit for purpose anyway) and as it stands currently I am going through the PayPal process with this company which can take a month or more before I can possibly get my money back which I am not 100% if I will via PayPal as UKSoccershop have already proved to me to be dis-honest and most likely will lie to Paypal, as they have done with me, in order to keep my money. In my experience, as with other customers experiences on TrustPilot, confirm them to be dis-honest. I really wished I read the reviews here before I ordered from them as there seems to be a vast number of issues relating to Customers experiences with UKSoccershop. As it stands today I have to wait a further month for Paypal to hopefully refund my money after UKSoccershop refused to refund what is rightfully my money. Tell me why would I return a shirt if there was nothing wrong with it? and also if there is nothing wrong then why would they refuse a refund (when they display a 100% satisfaction guarantee and state on their website 'Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return unwanted goods within 30 days, along with all original packaging and tags, for a full refund or exchange.' AND then hold onto the apparently 'perfectly fine' Argentina Shirt I returned and not refund me?. AVOID this company as it seems my experience is shared with many other customers on Trustpilot. I buy many football shirts from all around the world and have never had such a terrible experience as this has been trying to deal with UKSoccershop who have blatantly lied to me saying the tatty shirt I received has nothing wrong with it...Indeed I am dealing with a company who seem to think there is nothing wrong with sending customers shirts with shoddy printing in addition to blatantly lying to their customers and holding onto their money. Also for a company which are based in my country they are a disgrace to my country they trade from.

After I made my purchase on December 26, 4/5 days passed and my order was still processing so I sent them an email. They responded by telling me that because they were so busy before Christmas they had closed their warehouse until January 6th.
I then sent another 4 emails which all went unanswered. I was starting to panic at this stage so I went to their site and clicked on the contact us section but it didn't work, nothing came up!!
I googled the company and found a phone number (eventually) but despite many calls even on Jan 6th nobody answered. While googling the company I came across many other people in the same boat ie they took the money then went silent.
Eventually I got an answer telling me to contact the manager Simon (also the owner from my understanding) who then told me I could cancel my order because it had been despatched. I told him I hadn't received a confirmation email which the site states it gives when your goods are being despatched. I also asked him to provide me with the delivery companies name and a tracking number.
He eventually responded by saying that I could return the item for a refund or refuse the delivery and get refunded. I once again asked for the delivery companies name telling him that I could contact them and stop them from delivering the package, thus speeding up my refund. I was told it has been sent by airmail and it eventually arrived today January 14th.
I believe the company could greatly benefit from having a contact phone number and by only sending items by registered post. Anybody doubting whether they are a legitimate company need not worry as they are legitimate.
I paid extra to get a jersey which UKsoccershops terms and conditions confirms would be with me in 5 - 6 business days.
I followed up and got a generic response saying that the item was out of stock and they expected a delivery last week. There was not I've followed up again twice by email and once by phone without getting any reply from them.
Based on reviews below and on other websites, I'm very doubtful that I will receive the item ordered or if I will receive a refund.
fabulous prices. i ordered 6 jerseys. 5 of them came within 2 weeks. i emailed about the missing item and got a personalized reply, not automated. i was given the option of a replacement jersey and 2 weeks later i got it. i am VERY HAPPY!
I bought a t-shirt online back in June, never arrived. I wrote to the customer service, who could not trace my order. I had to wait until the end of August until they finally admit the package was lost.
