I bought a t-shirt online back in June, never arrived. I wrote to the customer service, who could not trace my order. I had to wait until the end of August until they finally admit the package was lost.
I'm still waiting for my refund!

Extremely happy customer, I got the Scotland home top, for my sister's birthday and I wanted printing, both above the number and below the number and they done this no problem and I got my order in next to no time. I felt valued by Simon and the company as a whole and they communicated with me the whole time (after I emailed them with my wish to have the letters above and below the number), wonderful and will most certainly use them always for any tops I wish to purchase in the future :D
I'm totally shocked at the bad reviews, I ordered my boyfriends printed football shirt last Thursday and it arrived today (Monday). As it had to be printed I was expecting it to take longer so was surprised to find it in this mornings post. You can monitor your order online through your account and it tells you exactly where your order is up to which I think is excellent. I'm very happy with uk soccer shop and would order from them again without hesitation.
I ordered 9 Real Madrid infant kits age 4 from Australia, 6 working days later 5 kits arrived and my account said the other 4 were back ordered. 2 weeks later and still no kits. Getting concerned and having read the reviews on here I was worried the kits would never arrive. I emailed the company and received a reply in 2 hours and got a prompt response to all emails I sent over the next few hours. The kits arrived within 5 days. Happy with the outcome and pleased with the response from customer service.
I ordered a football shirt for my sons birthday with plenty of time to spare.
With his birthday on the Tuesday 5th Nov and having heard nothing about his shirt the Thursday before, I was getting worried. Even more so when I read the reviews but I sent an e mail anyway. I received an e mail almost straight back asking for some information. E mails came back and forth including on Saturday! Due to an error the order hadn't processed correctly but it was ordered and shipped by Monday!
One very happy son.

UKsoccershop is one of those online shop that is ok when nothing goes wrong (they have the right stock, sizes, etc). But when you select an item ijn which they have no stock, sizes, etc, that's when the tricks and lies comes in. They will publish item in which they have no stock online. After you have paid for them, they will have you wait. Probably you will replace with another item. Probably you will forget about it. It is just plain dishonest. I came across this site recently and thought I should share my few cents worth. I bought from them a couple of times, but no more thank you. There are many cheaper and much much better options online.
I am a buyer in Bangkok, making an order to uksoccershop.com for more than 60 days and have not received the package. I had several communication with them. They can only ask me to wait. They have no evidence of dispatching the package. I think they cheated me.
They have been playing an email stalling game with my order of a jersey.
After weeks of waiting for the jersey (they took the $ from my credit card immediately )
I keep getting stalling tactics and BS.
Wish I had read all the negative information first!
Basically they have taken the money and ran.

I ordered a new football kit for my son on 17th Sept. Today (28th Oct) we are £35 out of pocket and have no football kit. They don't reply to emails, they don't answer their phone and my son is very upset. This company is either a total sham or they enjoy breaking little boys' dreams. Either way, I felt it important to warn other consumers to stay away from this company. I wish I had researched them before ordering, as they have diabolical reviews all over the internet.
In August 2013, I ordered 2 jerseys with print (€ 140), also I paid immediately, as required by UKSoccershop.
And now, in October?
According to my email, where the jerseys stay, I always got the answer, that size "M" is sold out and if size "S" would be ok.
But "S" is too small, so I've written them to please send me size "L".
Again sold out.
Then it got to be too stupid!
I wrote them that they can cancel my order and I want my money back immediately!
I gave them 5 working days time, to transfer my money back.
That would have been on 18 October 2013.
And since that, my order was canceled, but I didn't get an answer and also i didn't get my money back !!

These guys are either totally incompetent or are in the business of scamming customers. I placed an order in august, it never got delivered. I had to pester them constantly until early October until they finally agreed to issue a refund. Now it's been 3 weeks since they agreed the refund and guess what? No sign of the refund actually showing on my card. So I've been chasing them every other day to see what's going on.... They don't respond.
These guys are in the business of taking your money and not supplying the product or your money back. If an individual did this would it not be called robbery?
Avoid these guys, there are much better more reliable and more professional sellers of football kits out there on the web. Use them not these guys.
My first order was fine but I bought Portugal away kids kit from here & the writing & number started peeling off after 3 washes. I've tried emailing, tweeting & phoning uk soccer shop but got no response at all. Good luck if you order from here!
I needed to place an order for a number of shirts, some with personalization and others just with players names on the back. Was having issues trying to place order online, couple glitches here and there and since it was a big order decided to place it over the phone. Woman answered, we went through the order in great details, I gave my card details and that was that. After a couple weeks, no sign of the shirts so I tried calling again, and that's when I came against some problems. First of all, couldn't get through to anyone over the phone - would just ring and ring. At this point, I started to feel seriously worried. Very happy to say, it then began to turn around...
I sent an email and received a response same day. Turns out they never placed my order, and after checking my online banking see that the money was never taken either. The customer service rep I dealt with (Simon) was fantastic. He dedicated himself to sorting out the issue and without delay we placed the order again and I've now received all shirts without any issues at all.
After reading some of the other reviews on here, I feel like this company needs to invest in more 'Simons' and find a way to ensure that every call is answered. I would purchase from them again, and encourage others to give them a shot as they are clearly trying to improve their customer service.

Uk soccer shop are a great company, there quick with questions and responses , range of clothing, equipment etc is brilliant, and they always are on point and send out packages quickly and efficiently! They are THE company to use for sportswear and buying for the team you support !!

I have purchased many times from uksoccershop. all are excellent service. good prices on football shirts. genuine (original). sometimes back order but they can refund or change with other shirts.communications is ok.customer service serve good quality.this is recommended website that sell football shirt.
The customer service from this company has been excellent. Ordered a jersey from them and they emailed me the next day apologizing that the item was out of stock and if it would be okay to send me a long sleeved version of the jersey. I was very pleased with the personal email that was sent to me instead of a generated email stating that the item was out of stock with no resolution attempt.
I've ordered many other items through this company and have never had any issues with them. I love when they have their "free worldwide shipping" and other specials they offer periodically.
I ordered some football socks and shorts for my 11 son. The socks arrived very promptly but without any paperwork. After a wait I spent an hour trying to find out how to contact the supplier. In the end I found a link, they will only communicate by post.
I wrote to complain and 3 weeks later have been forced to make a complaint to Trading Standards (For none UK readers this is the local government body responsible for prosecuting illegal traders. Check the web site www.southlanarkshire.gov.uk and find Trading Standards).
Now having done some research on Trustpilot, I now realise that this company are very unreliable and in my opinion are best avoided.
PS I also realise that they are trading from a residential address in Hamilton. Altogether this doesnt give me a lot of confidence.
I ordered a Bayern Munich kit for my Son, the shirt arrived in around 10 days. Still to this day 3 months later, no shorts or socks. Sent numerous emails chasing, had one reply "We are chasing this, but have unfortunately been let down, so are having to try other avenues." Company is a joke, pay a little more and shop elsewhere, you've been warned......
This is an update to my original posting.
I received an email from UKsoccershop yesterday, 9/13/13. A refund was issued for the full amount. Apparently, there was a mix up with the order and my account. They were apologetic and seemed genuinely interested in repairing the trust that was broken between us. I am happy that I was able to resolve this issue with them.
If i could give them 0 stars, I would.
It’s been over 3 months and I have not received the merchandise I ordered and the seller has not refunded my money, although, I have an email from them asking me to submit a refund request through paypal…..5 requests later, no refund and no merchandise. They are thieves….every review site I have come across labels them as such. STAY AWAY!!! DON’T BECOME A VICTIM. They are a horrible site and should be stopped. I’ve reported them to the Internet Crime Complaint Center and if you’ve been victimized, you should too. icg3.gov We should stop them from ripping others! They are bastards!

They send the wrong item, it is impposible to contact them as you cant e-mail them or phone them. They are a terrible company and wouldve done a lot of business with them but now i know not to do any with them. Dont go anyway near them as they're heartless and they basically rob you. They dont change the item for you and there is no help from them what so ever. They dont care about you, they only want to take your money. Do youself a favour and avoid at all costs!!!

I purchased two jerseys from the site for $140 combined + $30 postage (2-4 business days) anyway I had to wait a week after I payed for my purchase till they sent only ONE of the jerseys and it took 5 days to get to me. When it came upon inspection i saw that the jersey itself was authentic but I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the printing/patches. I have an authentic version of one of the later seasons of the club Chelsea that I bought directly from their site and i knew there were some discrepancies but like I said about the uksoccershop the jersey itself was authentic but the patches or printing were not up to scratch. As for the second jersey, a selected company employee didn't contact me about my second jersey until TWO weeks after my initial purchase mind you I contacted the company first and that's how I got my response, anyway he told me that the jersey was on back order I then asked how long will I have to wait? He says not long. TWO weeks go by then I get fed up and demanded a refund and i threatened them with taking up further actions with consumer affairs, fortunately I received a refund for one of the jerseys (back order jersey) mind you I guarantee I wouldn't have gotten a refund if I didn't demand it. Anyway this employee didn't say anything about exchanging the first jersey or about returning it for a refund AND to add my postage wasn't even refunded which is irritating seeing as how I paid for 2-4 day delivery when it took over 5 business days for them to only mail one jersey.
Moral of the story is if you decide to purchase from them prepared to be messed around and used as they only care about the money. At the end of this drama I still didn't get what I paid for, two genuine jerseys with official printing and patches, so be warned if you're really keen on buying from them make sure you don't let them take advantage of you because they will do so if given the chance.
Two last things, to the people below who wrote positive reviews on the jerseys, do some research and check the authenticity of the printing/patches, i can almost guarantee you they will not satisfy your standards and also I suggest if you want to buy a jersey from them buy it without the printing and patches and get them done elsewhere professionally to guarantee authenticity. I never even got an apology either from their 'customer service'. Frankly i wouldn't even give them a star but because there is one the only reason i would accept giving them a star is ONLY because i got a refund... although it was only for one of the jerseys. I will never shop with uksoccershop again. Thank you for reading.

I ordered minikit,for my son. and i asked them to send me before july 1 because i like to get the item his birthday. i ordered jun 17. and the item arrived jun 27, and printed my son name on the jersey.. so dont affraid the company is good,!!
I purchased 2 items for my sons and paid for DHL Express courier service which at point of order shows the delivery as next day or nominated day.
I waited 3 days for the items for them to be delivered by Royal Mail!!!
Their service is good and their prices are competitive - all I am saying in my opinion it appears that the delivery charges appear to be a little 'top up' to the price and they are very rarely sent by DHL so the money saved is taken to profit.

Hi everyone, I ordered 7 items a couple of weeks ago (four polo shirts, two caps and a key ring). The last three of those items were unavailable and they had to backorder them from their supplier(s). I received 4/7 items in about 5 working days and finally we agreed to exchange the rest of the backorders (3 items) because they appeared to be out of stock permanently. To me this is quite reasonable because it is the end of the 2012/13 football season in Europe.
I submitted a ticket after I saw under my order status label 'pending'. I received an immediate reply by [name] explaining the situation with the backorders. Now this guy was good. He kept me informed all the way through the process of my order. Every time I had a question, I e-mailed him and he replied within 1-2 hours tops. Upon completion of my order, I was provided (as promised) with a shipment tracking number so I could watch the progress of my shipment. Their merchandise is 100% official, sealed and with the club official logos and manufacturer's authenticity labels. I have bought jerseys from official club web stores and I am pretty positive they sell authentic team wear.
Conclusively I am going to give them four stars and not five for two reasons:
1. I had to e-mail them the first place to find out what was going on with my order.
2. They should update their stock availability in a more regular basis. I understand it's quite hard to update lets say 2,000 items x 5 sizes = 10,000 at least with loads of orders to deal with simultaneously. But still this is not a customer's trouble. Maybe they should increase their manpower.
My advise from my experience with them: yes you can shop from uksoccershop safely BUT before doing so, check stock availability (and I don't mean through their website). Get in touch with customer services and make sure the items in your cart do exist at the requested sizes.
Some people in their reviews look really upset and I understand the reasons. Still I believe there was not any malicious intent whatsoever. I am not saying they are crazy or that they are lying. Don't get me wrong. I am just telling you my experience which was good and I have to be fair with them, that's all.
I ordered a soccer jersey with the number and name in the back back in April 26. Even when the shirt was customized it shipped the next business day. I received my order in about 3 weeks, communication was poor, their "Live Chat" is Never online, they answered half of my emails.
If communication is important to you, stay away!.
My item arrived, and to my surprise the "TEAM NAME" printing was wrong (instead of letter 'o' they used 'u'), I have no Idea how they managed that.
I contacted them right away, through their help desk, but my tickets where always put on "Hold" (3 times). I tried their firstname.lastname@example.org email, and got the last reply from a Guy named [name], asking what was wrong with my order, as if I hadn't specified this several times already. I sent him proof (pictures), and never heard from him again since.
I opened a dispute with PayPal, since they wouldn't answer, they ignore the dispute, so the dispute was escalated, and went in my favor, the only downside is I have to pay tracked shipping back to UK, which would cost a lot.
So finally after paypal refounded me %100 of what I paid ($90), to send the Item back to UK it cost me $35, money that they "Claim" they would pay if it was their fault. but good luck with that.
A day after my refound they contacted me again, but I have no desire to deal with them, so they open a ticket and put it in "low priority".
Bought a shirt off them, they sent me an email assuring me they had it in stock.
Shirt arrives, wrong specifications (wrong badge on shirt and wrong size). Obviously i send them an email notifying them of their error, they apologize and ask me to send the item back at my expense which they will reimburse. I complete form, attach to shirt and send back to them as per their requests.
No communication saying they have received shirt or that my replacement is on its way for about 6 weeks or so. I give up waiting for them and inquire whether my replacement shirt is on the way, to which i get a reply saying they are now out of stock, but will be receiving more in 2-3 weeks and they will send one out as soon as possible.
I wait a month or so for email saying it's been sent out which never comes, so i e-mail them again asking for either a replacement shirt or my money back for the shirt i ordered and 2x postage. Communications cease from their end as soon as the period in which i needed to file complaint with credit card company expired, despite multiple emails sent by me and messages left on their answering machine service, and i never hear from them again. They strung me along just long enough that i couldn't get my credit card company to reverse the charge, which seemed awfully coincidental.
The absolute WORST company i have EVER had the complete and utter displeasure of dealing with, online or not. Their abysmal service is only matched by their communication which is a complete disaster, which is truly an enormous feat of incompetence. Very very shady company, if you read into them here, and elsewhere you'll find people with very similar experiences to mine, suggesting this sort of behavior is common practice for them, and every support ticket/email was visibly marked as "low priority", which they made abundantly clear. I had paid for an item and postage twice, but months later still had not received said item, yet that is still a "low priority" and not even worth getting back to in a timely fashion, obviously the only people that matter to them are the ones they haven't received money from yet.
Use this company at your own risk, if an ebay seller had their record of non-deliveries they would have had their account shut down years ago.
This occurred about 4 years ago and they are still doing the EXACT SAME THING TO PEOPLE. I cannot stress enough how much i would avoid this despicable company if at all possible. I buy all my football shirts direct from the clubs homepages now and have never had an issue.
After reading some reviews on here I have to say I was very apprehensive about using this site, but as my son was desperate for a personalised Barcelona shirt for his birthday, and this was the only place who appeared to do this service for shirts of his size, I had to take the chance.
My fears were unfounded - I received emails every step of the way informing me of progress, and within a week of my order I received the shirt and it was perfect in every aspect. It will be a great gift and I can only say good things about my experience with UK Soccer Shop.
I've been waiting my products for 9 months! Finally they said that 'Is there a solution I can provide that you would remove the review from TrustPilot?' !! They always lie and they are too insulting.Please someone stop these scammers, I am from Turkey and i have no chance to do something.If there is someone who doesn't believe me, i can share all conversations with you.

Bought a tracksuit for my 6-yd-old son, which was sent to my old address in London.
This was in January. When I enquired about it after a couple of days they said it is a long process for it to be returned to them. It is now May 13th and I've heard nothing!
I sent a letter to them during April, and have had no acknowledgement of that either!
This firm appear to have no process in place for when things go wrong!

Ordered a whole load of stuff for my sons birthday. It arrived 3 weeks late and most of it was missing and they put in the wrong team backpack.
Disputed it on paypal and was told to remove dispute or I wouldn't get my goods.
Then found all the bad reviews. Nightmare from start to finish!!! Do not use this site!!!
I purchased five football jerseys for my boys for christmas presents. The products were top quality, the delivery was excellent and the customer service was perfect. Orderd. 3 items from Uksoccer shop. I ordered Manu jacket, italy training jacket and napoli polo jersey. I received the first 2 items. I managed to get a hold of customer service. Uk soccershop received my money immediately. The customer service rep told me that In good faith that they shipped 2 items and the third was backordered. I wish they would tell me so I would a decision. Anyhow the customer service rep gave me a option for my money back which I got my money back.
