Good product, good customer service
I've used one of their Whey protein product twice now. It's competitive with anything else on the market, well flavoured and easy to digest

Always the Best!!
I have been purchasing from Nature's Best for many years now and I am sure the benefits show. I have just turned 75 and people say I look 15 years younger! So I shall keep taking the tablets! I use the older multi vitamin, the Glucosamine Gold, Gingko Biloba and Starflower Oil. And they always come in good time. Thank you Nature's Best.

Ive given this to my dog to help with seperation anxiety and its really working, after a couple of months on it shes calmed a lot and can be left for up to 3 hours on her own now . Shes happier and so am I..

Outstanding service!!
During the last 8 month I have ordered different products fom Nature Best and have always received my orders quickly and in perfect conditions.
When I ordered last time I had 5-6 items on my shopping list but before sending it off my wife suggested that I just checked with one of your competent advisers whether some of the products I had on my list may be were covered by some of the products I already were using. I consulted one of your advisors telling here the products I were using and she actually told me that I could do with ordering half of the products on my list which would cover my needs fully.
I appreciated this advise very much as it showed that your company did not only were thinking of profit buy actually cared more about the clienst real needs.

a try, and with all they have on offer I picked what I thought would be good for me.

great product lets hope it works

Helpful, knowledge & contactable - Great service
I like to buy British and it is nice to know that you can trust what goes into the products. The website is easy to use and they even tell you what each product is good for which helps when you want to try something for an ailment but don't know what to try.

The Naturesbest Way
As the heading suggests I have never had the slightest reason to complain about products or service from this company. I love the no nonsense way they market their products and look forward to discussing nutritional issues with one of the advisors they provide. if I were to criticise myself it is for not taking advantage of this YET.
I can't recommend them highly enough!!

Coffee Bean Extract is the best!
I've tried many different kinds of Coffee Bean Extract, and this is the best! I have a sensitive stomach and am not able to take many wieghtloss supplements, but not this all herbal appetite suppressor. It doesn't upset my stomach and helps the wieght just fall off. I can't think of a negative thing to say about the product or the company. I live in the US and got my order surpisingly quickly.

Not received goods
I placed my order on 4 May and to date have not received my goods.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for your order not arriving as quickly as we would like. In our experience we do find that second class orders usually arrive within 4-5 working days. However, we do ask our customers to allow up to a maximum of 10 working days until we consider a parcel to be lost within the postal system and therefore send a replacement parcel. Our policy is to offer free samples whilst you are waiting for your order to arrive and I can see these samples were offered to you yesterday when you contacted our Customer Services Department.
As this is your first order with us, on this occasion I am happy to process your replacement parcel before the required 10 working days have passed, if you could please confirm your delivery address by emailing me at customer.services@naturesbest.co.uk, I will then process the replacement without further delay.
In the mean time, you may want to contact your local sorting office just in case they have your parcel but have not left you a card to advise you of this.
We do pride ourselves on our Customer Service and continually monitor the quality of service provided. I would like to sincerely apologise that we have not met your expectations on this occasion.
