Fantastic
Our order was all done online - without needing to speak to a customer advisor - as the website was clear and concise with a large range of products to choose from.
Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery were all superbly quick, and the items we ordered were packed well and good quality items.
Based on our first experience with Handles 4 Doors we won't hesitate to place our door furniture orders with them in future. We would also highly recommend them to others.

misleading
The door / draw handles that I purchaced recently showed misleading information.The photograph showed front facing screws but these were false and for cosmetic appearance. It is better not to buy on line.

Quite satisfied.
I would definitely recommend this company for the quality of their product. Previously I had bought brass cabin hooks from another source - these were not robust and I would have been happy to pay twice the price for the one now supplied.

Fantastic value
Ordered 4 sets of chrome handles after trawling well known do it yourself stores and Internet. Best value and quality at unbelievable prices could not be more pleased. In fact we ordered more for downstairs doors too. Even with delivery which is very reasonable still knocks spots of the well know DIY stores. Would definitely recommend and will not hesitate to use again. Thanks to Darren who rang to make sure we got the right bathroom handle which we had not even thought about. Fantastic.

Fantastic Service
After trawling round the "retail" DIY stores and only finding one of each handle I went to Google and found Handles 4 Doors.
Incredible range of door furniture and found exactly what I wanted and at a price that suited.
Delivery stated 2-5 days but on both orders they arrived the very next day.
I am always weary of any online retailer with a "4" in their name but I am pleased I took the risk.

Outstanding Customer Service
I have used Handles$Doors more than once and they are brilliant!
The website is easy to use, prices are great and delivery quick.
When one lot of handles were delivered there was a slight scratch on one of them. I phoned customer service and they were polite and very helpful. Within a couple of days a replacement handle had been received and they even followed it up with an email checking that all was okay now.
On another occasion I needed to cancel an existing order so that I could add a few more items onto it. I contacted them on LiveChat and they did it immediately, then contacted me by email to confirm it had been done, allowing me to replace my order.
I now recommend them to everyone and can't praise them highly enough, particularly the two people who helped me - Ben and Suzanne.

Very reliable and helpful service.
My order was delivered promptly. When one of the handles broke when I tried to install it through an apparent manufacturing fault, I rang H4D and the advisor Darren was understanding, efficient and very helpful in chasing up a replacement. He also seemed to go out of his way to clarify exactly which one I needed as the suppliers had 2 similar versions with the same code, which was confusing. Highly recommended.

I just used them for the second time, after a good initial experience a couple of years ago, & nothing has changed.
The product arrived here faster than I thought possible, well packed, with each item fully protected and ancillary items, (screws) separately packed to further protect the handles. Their communication and attention to detail was impeccable, & that's what makes the difference between outstanding organisations and mediocre ones. If only they brewed Heineken....

FROM ONE VERY HAPPY LADY
I was very impressed with the leavel of help and service I received, as I ordered the wrong handles [my falt] I was helped by Darren who was very afficient and sorted me out. Refunds were delt with stright away. then I didn't order enough [my falt again] once again Darren sorted me out. The handels I have look great and am very pleased with all aspects of Handles 4 Doors and will recommend them one hundred % PAT fairclough.

Good products, service and website but shipping is too expensive
I really like the site, the product range, Sometimes I just want to place a small order but the shipping is always £5 or £6. I would order more from this site if only they could get some more economical shipping,

I note your comments regarding our shipping charges, but they are a little inaccurate. We offer a small order charge of £3.95 for orders under £20. Our charge of £6.75 is for orders over £20 and below £95. Over £95 delivery is free. We charge only the cost price for shipping and are constantly striving to choose the best carrier for our customers.
I do hope this will not deter you from visiting our website again.

i looked at lots of website to actually find some door handles i liked. these were a good price very good quality and very fast delivery. the website was easy to use as well. i would definately recommend handles4doorsltd and i will be using them again.

Great handles, prices & support
Getting all the door furniture I wanted in one place at a reasonable price was proving tricky, but Handles4Doors seemed to be able to manage it.
Standard delivery was relatively speedy, the only thing I could say is that their online order tracking isn't/wasn't working so I couldn't get a status on my order. I called though and was given the information I needed straight away so no big problem.

Great products, great prices, great service
Now used this company twice and cannot fault their commitment to service, used their on line chat for tech advice first time, (special thanks to Lauren) and they uploaded tech diagram which made it easy to see i was ordering the right product and second time i ordered 26 handles which were delivered quickly and i am delighted with.

Quality at half the price!
Needed to replace internal door handles,everywhere was so expensive,or tacky! Found Handles 4 Doors website. They have a good selection,and so much cheaper too. Easy to order,quick delivery,and very pleased with the quality.

I was only looking for one small item which I found on the handles4 doors site. Even though the value of the item was small, I received two phone calls, one to ask if I really wanted to collect as it seemed a long was to go for this item, the second to tell me the item had arrived and was ready for collection. This time not so lucky
We purchased two - both drawers there were pieces missing, so have been unable to install. . We had purchased two similar items previously and there were no problems. But this order we have been told we will have to wait until they hear from their suppliers and their suppliers are large companies and their response will take time. We have paid out a large um of money for drawers and will have to wait until we can put our kitchen in order.
