Impressed or what?
I have been looking for a replacement cover for our gas patio heater. I have had major problems obtaining one that was of a reasonable quality and did not cost the earth to buy. Having been advised to try Garden4less I found just the one I was looking for. I ordered it on the Sunday. Tuesday morning I received a text to say it would be delivered between specific times and an option to change the delivery if necessary. Once delivered I received another text to advise that it had been delivered and trusting all was ok. I was really impressed by the service, and the cover was exactly as described and of the quality I was expecting. What a refressing change it is to have a company that does what it says it will.

Excellent Service
This was my first purchase from this company and I must say I am very impressed.
I bought a Buddha water feature which was damaged. I contacted customer services and spoke to a very nice lady who said a replacement would be sent out to me within the next few days.
To my surprise, a brand new buddha arrived the next day.
I can't praise this comany's service enough and I will definitely buy from them again in the future and recommend them to friends.

Like the curates egg, good in parts

Good prompt service
I needed some hunter wellingtons and looked on website for any companies advertising. I came across Gardens for Less. The lady I spoke to on phone was extremely helpful and took my order there and then. She explained how I could track my order and advised next day delivery. True to word my order arrived following morning which I could also track. Wellingtons were well packed and arrived in perfect conditions. I shall certainly purchase from Gardens for Less in the future. Couldn't falter them at all. Well done for a first class service.

Very pleased with the service

dented and scratched!
ordered a water butt delivered on timed
opened to find it had several dents and scratches , it seems to me to be second hand
didnt send it back as it is only a water butt ,but will not use garden4less again

heater stopped working within 4 hrs no reply from Garden 4 less
little heater arrived for my polytunnel, the same time the weather got really cold again. Withn 3 hours the fan stopped working and my seedlings froze! I did contact garden 4 less via email twice but never got a response.

A Shredder that does the job
Bought to shred small prunings for composting. Very pleased with the product seems well made, sturdy yet easy to move, straightforward to operate and shreds material quickly and small enough for composting. Decent length of electrical cable for my needs. Sensible and clear instructions without an overdose of health and safety twaddle. Would certainly recommend to anyone, providing it is used appropriately. Welcome change to so many products these days designed to bare minimum standards but you get what you pay for; generally..

Extremely quick delivery
I think it was delivered the next day. Goods well wrapped although the Manufacturers cardboard sleeve had been removed, possibly to aid wrapping. There may have been information on there that I needed (Hozelock soaker hose) as I haven't found how to fit all the other components together for the watering system. I may have to buy a small vital part but I'm still figuring it out. This is the only reason that I didn't give 5 stars. Manufacturer's information should really be left intact.

Axe? What a Chopper?
Look, I want an axe for splitting logs, not some machine, I am macho and what to use my muscles...
SO, I did some research and the Fiskars axe came up...so chop chop I thought, I'll have one of those. Do I get the big chopper X27 or X25...so I thought X25, doesn't chop as much out of the pocket.
Then where do I buy it from - Garden4less came up with the best price and it came in a couple of days.
I put it to the test, wow! Watch your feet, if you miss, you won't have a foot. It makes fun out of chopping logs...and not disappointed at all with the X25 - it's a real man's axe

VALUE AND EXCELLENT SERVICE
I ordered several packs of bulbs - they were priced well and they were delivered the next day- ahead of schedule. They were packaged beautifully and although the ground has been to cold to put them in until now they have kept very well. Ordered some bits for the BBQ and garden. Items arrived quickly. Unfortunately I ordered one of my items wrong but I called and they arranged a replacement to be shipped and a courier to collect the wrong item for a small charge. Couldn't ask for more!

Ordered with company after being let down by another. I emailed to check availability and received an reply very quickly, confirming that the item was in stock.
