Got the attachments and they were cheap plastic and fell apart day one. Called them the very next day and they refused to take them back. The service rep actually argued with us about the problem. Unbelievably bad service, all over $150. They've lost this client for life.
The the test of a companies true customer service comes when they make a mistake. Do they stand up and rectify the issue or do they place blame and refuse to help? Cyberweld places blame and refuses to help. I've used them on several occasions and been satisfied. The last transaction was not as pleasant. They mislabeled a product online and when I realized I received the wrong item the 10 days had passed for return. They refused responsibility and also refued to take the product back. I will never purchase from them again and strongly recommend you look elsewhere
