Started off with a delay in delivery and 2nd time item was not wrapped.
My first order took 10 days to be delivered but was all in check.
My second order was quick but was not in its wrapper, which made me wonder if it was new.
This item was retuned yesterday so let's see how quickly this is turned around.

Nothing " Cheap" about the service and reliability of this company!
I've been buying products from this company for years now and must say although the prices are cheap the service and delivery promises are nothing but! All orders I've made have been received within a few days and free of charge!!! Excellent Company!!!

Nothing cheap about CheapSmells except the price
I have ordered various products for all of my family from CheapSmells and can now keep my son and my husband smelling very fragrant all the time. They are both quite fussy about brands - especially my son - and if they knew how little I am paying for their products, they would not believe it.

Excellent service.
I bought some perfume and discovered that the top had broken and I couldn't get into the bottle. When I contacted Cheap Smells they replied immediately and replaced the bottle quickly. Really pleased with their service and will definitely buy from them again.

Was cheaper to buy my perfume than in shop 'perfume shop' was £19.99 for 30 ml Burberry original,got it for £15 with free delivery with cheap smells!

PRODUCT IS UNSURPASSABLE - DELIVERY IS A PROBLEM
I have been using Yardley Gold Pre and after shave lotion. No outlet on this Isle of Wight stocks it and Cheap Smells is superb at delivering this product. Unfortunately, the postal servers are not as efficient. Your email of 14th May accepted the order no 32993529 and you have confirmed that the order has been despatched. When will I receive it?
