Bad service
The webshop is awesome, but i had a case where one item was not in stock. They offered to sent it into two shipments and in stead of free shipment cost I had to pay for both ( which I refused to do)

Awsome service, good source for products and huge range!
Responded to my questions in a couple of hours, previously I have ordered several things, were always as the description and managed to get the goods quick. Compared to several other shops, I found the prices lower here. I’m up for some further purchase at Bike24.

The best online bike shop I've ever used!
I've used numerous online bike shops in the past and by far Bike24 is the best. They have great prices and all of my orders arrived much quicker than I expected. I will be using them a lot more in the future.

Great service and prices!
Usually very quick service except last time i had to wait almost one month for shipment to Iceland. The prices are good.

Mostly great, but shipping costs to Finland could be better
Product prices, selection, service and speed are generally really good, and the site is pretty fast and user friendly. However, shipping costs to Finland are too high, on small orders at least. Shipping seems to be a flat €15, whether you're buying a few spokes or a giant haul of kit – other sites, like bike-components.de, charge €10 or less. In addition, it's a little annoying that product prices differ slightly according to your country.

Good Prices and service is reliable
The prices are good. Service is perfect but this is being rated to the likes of ChainReactionCycles or Wiggle. I live in Germany and therefore it is easier to return goods if I get it wrong on orders and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

- Spezielle Produkt- und Funktionsauskünfte zu den einzelnen Produkten werden eher nur teilweise bzw. mangelhaft gegeben (liegt möglicher Weise am fehleden Fachpersonal).
- Versandkosten nach Österreich werden leider immer berechnet, egal wie hoch der Bestellwert ist.

Hugely Reliable
Not sure how long this has been the case, or if I just paid enough over to them (!), but for the first time post was free from DE to GB. Yay! This was always a point when considering how much of a deal i was getting.
There are some real bargains to be had. I just bought a black/black regal e saddle a lot cheaper than the UK prices I could find, and no one over here had the black/black I wanted. A little while ago I bought some Carbon Keos that were cheaper than the regular non carbon pedals over here. Go figure.
So it's always worth a look at Bike24 as it often throws up some discount gems.
Delivery is prompt and when I have had to send back something (rare) they've been great.

Very good and speedy service
Good prices, very good service, quick delivery. unfortunetly they charge the VAT of the country they send to now and not the German VAT (Countries within the EU) . Very good site with very good filters, pictures and descriptions so everything is easy to find. Only minus is that they do not have super sales so prices tend to be static.

According to EU law Bike24 has to pay sales taxes for shipping to your country directly in Denmark. The requirement of sales tax for the country to which goods are supplied varies between countries and it dependent on the „supply threshold“ set by the country involved. The requirement comes into effect only when the total value of all goods supplied annually by a company to a particular EU country exceeds the threshold set by that country. In this case, we have exceeded the supply threshold (280.000 DKK / 37.557 EUR) for your country and are therefore required to charge VAT at the locally applicable rate and to pay it in full in the country concerned.

more often the cheapest price for the best gear
if I'm shopping around online 'bike 24' is usually the last stop, nobody else compares unless they are on special, even then bike 24 can be cheaper, most people don't believe me and carry on buying from CRC and wiggle, more fool them.

With Bike 24 you will search no more
Absolutely the best On line Bike shop there is, i have bought everything from here, from wheels, Crank sets to bar tape, great bargains, excellent gear and just 10 Euro to ship from Germany to Ireland...and very quickly, friendly customer service and above all cycling friendly, this is more than just a bike shop, it is a cyclists shop, whether you are building a bike from scratch or upgrading Bike 24 has it all.

I am quite long time client of bike24 and bought from them at least 10-12 times in the last 4 years.
Website - super and fast, but if you close browser (even if logged in) you loose your basket. An auto-saving basket or a wish list would be appreciated
Choice - great
Price - almost from good to great. Not always the best you can find, but quite always near the best

Excellent service
I buy all my biking gear at Bike24, even though I am from Belgium and we have plenty of bike shops here.
This shop has a wide variety of equipment and clothing, almost always shipping within 2 days. Whenever there is a delay, they inform me so I am never disappointed.

Excellent service, a user friendly website and good prices
Last week Friday I contacted Bike24 for a chainring which was not on their website (Shimano 105 5650 with 50 teeth). I also wanted to order a pair of race tyres found on the website. It was easy to get in touch with Bike24, had a knowledgable person on the line who said hat Bike24 could order the Shimano original part and gave me a competitive price, followed up by a confirmation e-mail. I ordered the tyres, the Bike24 employee put the chainring to my order followed by an other confirmation mail. Today, in less than a week, my order was delivered in Antwerp (Belgium). All with all an excellent customer experience.

Excellent Value ( compared to AU prices on Schwalbe), mostly good range of sizes
They messed up one of my orders providing the wrong size (width) Ardent tyre on one occasion. It was too expensive for me to ship it back so i gave the tyre to a freind.
I have ordered from them on several occations now and it was a 'one off ' incident. Shipping to Australia is a little slow compared to the UK sites such as Wiggle and Chainreaction but Bike24 prices and range of Schwalbe is much much better.
Prices are less than half Australian prices even after shipping so it s a no brainer if you organize yourself a few weeks in advance - shipping can take up to 3 weeks.

Has been buying most of my MTB parts for the last 3-4 years, always excellent service.
Very good website, easy to navigate. Most parts are always on stock. If you order some parts which are sold out, the will contact you to find an alternative part, that is top service. On top of that: Fast and cheap delivery.

probably the best bike shop anyone can find on the internet.
everything is perfect except 2 things
you could have a bit more companies on road bike parts
your shipping could be with a better courier company that is actually a bit faster. every time i buy i know i will have to wait 2-3 weeks to get what i ordered.

A very good online shop (with incomprehensible policy)
(That what i don't understand is why when i buy from a shop in A country with 19% vat must i pay the vat for my B country(23%)? the shop pay the difference back to my B country or what?)

One of the BEST online companies I have used.
I recently moved to Germany and needed a bike store that had what I needed. I just found them using a google search and they had there pages in English so I bought from them. Talk about ease of use, fast shipping, easy product searches, great deals, cheap shipping.
