A perfect way to discover a city
It was great to travel inside london and see almost all monuments in a single course.
We appreciated also the boat which gave us another sight point.

A Great Way to Get an Overview of London!
This was a great way to get an overview of London! The live narrators were excellent! There were stops near all of the places we wanted to visit, which made it very convenient for sight-seeing. We got the 48-hour pass, which was perfect for us, and included the river cruise to Greenwich. (The narrator on the river cruise was also great!)

A great way to see the sights!
Despite having lived not far from London for several years and frequently popping into London to see the sights there were still parts of London that I hadn't seen and this bus tour was the perfect way to see as many sights as possible in the shortest and laziest way! Highly recommended!

Great way to see the city!
It's hard to write what separates THIS tour to any other bus company. Most do the same thing. The thing that drew me in was that it was the cheapest at the end of the day.
The live tour guide was good, but on the first bus we went on it was hard to hear because of the static in the speakers. Perhaps a better system or ear phones would have been better. Also it would be better if te guides were more interactive. Got up and walked down the bus, pointed at things, sit with us. That would have the trip more memorable.
Also, when it starts to rain, is there meant to be some sort of contingency plan? I guess those who eat to slug it out just stay up top.
All in all, it's good value (if you maximise the whole 24 hours!) and I'd do it again. It's nice when the guides tell you where they like to eat/drink.

Great way to see London!
The Big Bus tour was the perfect way to see London on our last day there. There was a stop right outside our hotel and the staff was extremely friendly. We had an issue with our tickets (we had gotten the tickets sent to our phones) but the scanner was not able to read them. The staff quickly called the office and sorted everything out for us so we didn't have to worry about anything. The bus ride provided us with lots of stories and random facts about the history of London making everything we saw even more interesting. The buses were also constantly running we never waited more than 5 minutes at a stop. It was a great time and we really enjoyed going all over!

Bon pour ce la qui ne connaissent pas Londres
Ça reste chère en prix, mais moins chère que le transporte publique de Londres. et les chauffeurs devraient quand même informer aux passagers quand ils vont rester plus de 20 minutes arrêtes, pour faire le changement de chauffer. Si non, c'est un bon service. Les personnes qui attend a la monte du big bus sont très gentilles, j'ai trouvé surtout un jeune colombien très gentil et c'est très bien qu'ils parlent autre langue différent de l'anglais.

Great tour, relax and listen to the perfect guide.
Weekend Londen? Take the Big Bus tour! A very relaxed way to experience Londen. Better than a days traveler card. Specially when you take the red line with one of the nice guides. We will sure come back again.

Half good, half not so good
The guide for the fist half of the tour was excellent. Amusing and informative. Sadly he changed shift half way round and the second guide spoke (almost) only about famous people and things that were expensive. His delivery was semi musical and not easily understood. In retrospect we should have got off and waited for thie next bus -but hindsight is always perfect.

Fun and full of facts.
We had a young man who was fun and made the ride so good that we stayed onboard till the end !! it was our daughters birthday and the bus staff sung happy birthday to her which was a lovely touch. I thouroughly reccomend this even though we had to wear ponchos as it showered a few times it did not ruin the trip.I got our tickests online so it was slightly cheaper but it was worth it. We didnt have enough time unfortunately to do the river trip and walks due to other commitments but it is worth the money.

Nice, love it!
The people that work are very nice and want to help you with anything. It is much better to go to red line because the tour guides are fun. Nice experience and some new dimension of seeing things from the bus than walking around.

great mode for transportation without worries
We used Big Bus Tours bus hop on and off services and they were great. All of the representatives stationed at the stops were very helpful and cordial. The buses arrived as scheduled and we were happy not to have to deal with the London traffic and leave the driving to someone who knew their way around the city. The stops were in convenient places and easy to find after you had hopped off to sightsee.

Big Bus Fan!
I bought four 48 hour tickets on-line before our trip to London. No problem with purchase nor redeeming vouchers upon arrival. Buses were clean and for the most part had friendly drivers and tour guides. I loved that Big Bus Tours provided plastic rain covers for customers! Also, I appreciated finding Big Bus personnel at many of their bus stops; this made it easy to ask questions and get directions. I would not hesitate to use Big Bus Tours in any city.

an absolute MUST!
A great way to see all of the sights, lots of historical information. The driver of our tour bus was a great guy, very friendly and very helpful (he knew how many shoe shops there are along Oxford Street)!! :) Dont just read this......go and experience it for yourself...you wont regret it!!

Great!
we enjoyed our big bus tour immensely .we hopped on and off a few times and so we had a total of 4 different tour guides that day.Our favourite one by far was Nuri she was incredibly knowledgeable and funny! (some of the others were funny also but didn't impart a fraction of the information .
We were on a short trip to London and the 60 pounds for the big bus tour was the best money we spent.We never would have seen all that we saw otherwise.Our favourite bit was the part of tour from tower bridge to houses of Parliament which took place on the river! we saw everything worth seeing in London in a very short period of time and we learned loads of interesting facts.The staff were efficient and friendly (except for one guy at the stop around the corner from victoria who was busy chatting up some young italian and too busy to worry about us!) all in all a great experience and we intend to do it again next time we're in London.

Open top tour in great british sun
Had a great day on bigbustours everyone was really helpful and some drivers were fun nutters just hopped on and off as we liked, bus every 10-15 min lovely picnic in Hyde park back on bus to tower of London to enjoy a smooth trip up the Thames overall a great day.

Audio commentary could be greatly improved
We were a bit disappointed when we were told around 17h15 that we had to get off and that the bus will resume operating the next day. The big bus tour website was claiming that the bus were running until 18h.
Overall we found the audio commentary very limited. The audio was mainly audio and advertisement. There are a lot of building which are not mentioned in the commentary which would deserve to be included. Also the number of routes could be increased to include more sites.

Big Fun
Staff were all really friendly & knowledgable, helping us choose where we were going and provide additional advice as well as helping with the children & buggy. Witnessed them also being very polite & patient with tourists. The buses were spotless and very frequent.

Tour de Londres complet, passe par toutes les grandes attractions de Londres. Je ne regrette pas d'avoir choisi cette compagnie pour la deuxieme fois. Plus croisière sur la tamise ! Bref je recommande.

It wasn't,t London Bridge falling down oops
Tickets where bought for my in-laws as a gift and unfortunately my mother-in-law had a nasty fall down the stairs when they where wet, had her ankle checked out and luckily she hadn't broken anything other than that everything was fine, she is back on Tuesday with her sister but I don,t think she will be taking her limp up any stairs. The means of transport used to visit all of London quickly and without getting tired. It is really great when you do not stay long in place, or/and when you have children.

Great easy introduction to London
I bought a two day pass which gave me the opportunity to do a complete tour, before embarking on hop on hop off options, the river cruise, and the Royal Walk. It was much better than using the underground and gave views of sites of interest from different perspectives. Plastic raincoats and maps were provided. Commentaries were informative and easy to understand, although at one stage the live commentary was made inaudible by a couple of non-English speaking families who allowed their children to talk, sing and play so loudly that the commentary could not be heard. It also made taking photographs difficult as the children were bobbing around so much. At that stage I swapped to the blue line bus and used the headphones. The commentator should have been able to feel confident enough to ask the parents to stop the raucous play by the children.

Le must pour une visite de courte durée à Londres.Ce bus permet d'avoir une idée d'ensemble de la ville et de ses trésors.Ensuite,c'est à chacun de décider où il désire faire une visite plus approfondie,On monte et on descend du bus aux points indiqués à volonté.Il y a même une promenade en bateau sur la Tamise prévue dans le forfait 48h.
De plus et ce qui ne gâche rien;....le personnel est très sympathique .

Big Bus was tons of fun, especially with the extras.
We got Into London at 2pm, dropped off our bags and jumped on a Big Bus about 3:30. What a perfect way to get an overview of London while sitting in our sleepy jet-lagged state. The next day we hopped on again and for off to tour the Tower, then take the boat to Big Ben. We walked over to the Harry Potter walking tour. Our guide Jess was Awesome! Even though it was rainy (London after all), our kids had a great time. Our guide kept the tour fun, lively, and interesting. It was nice to see parts of London from the ground level, and stop at the sweet shop was a hit. We feel like the 24 hours of on-off and the added tours were so worth the fare.

That's the way to do it!
Open top bus tours are, in my opinion, the best way to get your bearings when in a new city. We took a two day Big Bus tour in Budapest recently and it definitely contributed to our enjoyment of a city break. It provided an extremely easy way of getting from one attraction to another especially in a city as big as Budapest. The timings at the stops were sometimes a little out but this could be excused by the traffic which could be heavy at times. All in all a great experience.

As advertised !
If you only have a few days in London, you owe it to yourself to take a bus tour. The best way to see all the highlights in a couple of hours. Buses are modern and clean.

It took too long to catch the next bus. Very nice and helpfull bus guide !!
In my option there´s no sens not to have the service for the foreign language in all bus lines.
And of course this side here should be in my laguage! Not only english.

Great way to everyone London.
Weather perfect, so the top of a double Decker was an awesome way to learn about London. Couple of things to be aware of. Brochure they gave us was outof date & didn't have accurate run times. And we took the included river tour @ 6pm from the London eye. It was advertised as "round trip", but when the boat pulled up to the tower bridge, they told us there was no return trip since it was the last run of the day. The out of date brochure we had said the last bus had run & we were miles from our hotel. Fortunately the busses were still running, but you should verify the schedule

Regular service, clean bus, happy commentry!
A comfortable easy way to get around and view all the famous sights. A sunny day and the front seats made it perfect.
