Excellent
The level of customer service and customer protection is great. I wanted my purchase delivered to a different address (work) as both my partner and myself work full time. I received a letter to make a very quick phone call with an ID reference to confirm that it was indeed myself who made the order.
Having been a victim of identity theft a few years ago I found this to be really positive. A company who values its clients. A real gem in todays world.!

Excellent service. Best price I could find and speedy delivery included. Would definitely recommend.
We bought a Stokke Trip Trap high chair through Back in Action. I'd never heard of the company before, but we couldn't find a better price anywhere online AND they had the combinations of colours and trims we wanted in stock (unlike pretty much every other retailer we tried). The website is very sensitive to anyone worried about making online payments - a nice touch I haven't seen elsewhere - and there's a helpful step in the ordering process that encourages you to check exactly how your ordered product works (via video). The whole transaction was very smooth and our order arrived within two days. Great stuff. Now we just have the simple task of weaning ahead...

Easy to order & very very speedy delivery
I was astonished by the speed of delivery and the website was really good. Clearly it's an expensive bit of kit but if you want one and you want it fast these are the guys for you! Couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else. Did have major faff with the harness so called helpline but no-one rang back. Sorted it out though.

I have used this company three times now for extra accessories for my Stokke. I couldn't believe how quick my delivery was, ordered Monday & arrived on Tuesday. Brilliant service
A great company to order from. I had advice over the phone about how the Tripp Trapp has changed for the new baby seat to help me make my decision on which colour to buy. Then ordered it online and it was delivered the next day.

Quick delivery from stock!
Having been let down by another supplier a quick delivery from stock was just what I needed. The baby had arrived (10 days early) but no cot for him to sleep in despite being ordered and paid for more than a month earlier. A hasty trawl of the internet turned up Back in Action who had the required item in stock. They would deliver direct to my daughter with some sensible additional security checks and my grandson had a cot to sleep in two days later. We could all sleep soundly.

I have purchased many items from Back In Action. The most recent being our new Tripp Trapp highchair. Within an hour of placing my order I had a message informing me that the highchair would be sent from a different location and would be delayed by a day. The other items arrived the next day. I have never had anything other than a faultless service from Back In Action on various occasions and they are always fantastic to deal with. Quick, no hassell
Good use of courier company, delivered on expected day and give you an expected hour slot in the morning through their tracking system. Item was dispatched quickly with full order. No problems.

Delivered on promises made
I ordered from this company as the reviews were excellent, however there is always still a small element of doubt when using a new company for the first time. I needn't have worried. As soon as I placed my order I received an acknowledgement, and the next day a link to track the delivery. The tracking system was absolutely spot on (you are given a 1 hour window for delivery). My package arrived in perfect condition and it took no time at all for my husband to build our new Tripp Trapp. Absolutely first class, wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Back in Action again.

WHAT A WONDERFUL PRODUCT
I saw an advert for this item, and thought why not try it. I have had conic back pain
for quite a few years, had back injection, radio frequency heat treatment, and
though they do work, they are not permanent.
It does not take all the pain away, but it does make day to day living, especially
with dogs so much easier.
Will definitely continue to use this Postureplast item

Outstanding
The service was excellent from start to finish. Quick to reply and very helpful. Very quick deliver, next day as it states. Couldn't recommend enough. We were having particular trouble getting what we were looking for but they had it in stock. Wonderful service.
Slightly let down by the courier but that is no their fault. Wish they wouldn't use interlink express.
All in all they are a wonderful company to deal with. Very very highly recommended.

Perfect
This is the second item I've bought from Back in Action. Their customer service has been flawless both times. The speed of delivery is great. I had an issue with the first baby seat I received, and they quickly and without hassle replaced it. I phoned regarding another matter and left a message with someone, and within the hour I was phoned back and my question was answered. I am very happy with their customer service and products and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Very impressed Abbey who helped me was amazing
I had already been to another back specialist shop in the area and was about to make purchase their, thought I would drop in on this other shop Back in Action, Abbey who helped me was amazing help, she educated me on correct back posture, gave briiliant advice, genuinely passionate about the Ergonomic chairs and tables and made sure I bought the right chair for my needs, could not rate the service more highly, very impressed.

I ordered some attachments for my baby's Stokke high chair and Back in Action had an excellent choice of colours and options. The prices were reasonable and competetive. Everything I wanted was in stock and it was very easy to order online. My order arrived the next day which was an unexpected surprise! Quick delivery and excellent product

Fantastic quick reliable service

Excellent service
Ordered a back friend at about 2pm in the afternoon online. The site said order before 12 and you'll have it the next day so I was expecting it to arrive the day after. Much to my pleasant surprise, I got an email with a couple of hours to say it'd been dispatched and lo & behold it arrived the following day.
