My recent experience has been a nightmare, the express delivery with UPS took 4 days and the return hasn't been processed and it's been over a month since I sent it back!!!!!!!

Jeg bestilte for en uges tid siden nogle varer fra Asos til min ven, som han ønskede sig i fødselsdagsgave. En uge senere lå pakken ude foran min dør, og jeg var super begejstret. Jeg havde bestilt et par sko og en hoodie, og da jeg åbnede pakket og kigget på indlægssedlen stod der skam også at det var de to ting jeg havde bestilt. Og selvom skoene var der, rigtig størrelse og det hele, var jeg rigtig ked af at se at jeg havde modtaget et par ikke særlig charmerende joggingbukser i stedet for hoodien. Da min ven har fødselsdag i dag, ville jeg jo gerne kunne have givet ham gaverne med det samme.
Jeg skrev dog ind til Asos og de undskyldte mange gange, har sendt hoodien afsted og betaler portoen for returneringen af bukserne tilbage, når de modtager dem igen. Så jeg mister ikke andet på det end lidt irritation og tid. Men de var så, så søde at give mig en lille rabatkode jeg kan bruge til fremtidige køb.
Jeg har før købt fra Asos, helt uden problemer, og jeg vil ikke lade mig slå ud af denne lille fejl, når de håndterede min irritation og brok så venligt, og jeg følte mig virkelig hørt i den mail jeg fik tilbage. Så jeg vil klart fortsætte med at handle der i fremtiden.
Jeg købte en nederdel på ASOS - super fedt med fri fragt, men den kom altså en uge senere end hvad de havde skrevet på bekræftelsen og blev urolig over den overhovedet kom. Men den kom frem og alting var som det skulle.
I bought clothes from Asos at least 10 times in the past 2 years. I must admit the quality of the Asos brand isn't amazing but it is affordable and always trendy. I always received my refund quickly when I had to return most of my items.
The only complaint would be a "always on discount" policy meaning you can but a short one day and see it half price a week later (when you already have tried it on)
Otherwise it's a Great brand!
Jeg absolut elsker Asos, de har noget lækkert tøj til gode priser, og kvaliteten er fin! Jeg har dog nogle dårlige at sige. Jeg er lidt træt af den langsomme levering, da jeg ofte venter 2-3 uger på mit tøj derfra, men det er småting ting. Jeg bestilte for snart en måned siden et par Nike air max 1, altså et par sko til omkring 800 kr. + betalt hurtig levering. Jeg finder ud af 5 minutter efter jeg har bestilt skoene, at det er den forkerte størrelse, og trykker hurtigt annuller. Der står at man har 30 minutter eller noget, så der var jo tid nok. Jeg går så ind og bestiller et nyt par, som kommer efter 4 dage, da jeg har betalt for fragten, hvilket er super fint!
Ugen efter, skal jeg så ud og købe nyt tøj, og finder ud af at Asos stadig ikke har overført mine penge tilbage. (Der står altså, at det vil tage op til 10 dage for at få sine penge tilbage på hjemmesiden.) Jeg skriver så til Asos to gange, og begge gange får jeg et svar tilbage, der allerede står på deres hjemmeside, og som OVERHOVEDET IKKE passer til mit spørgsmål, om de manglende penge. Den eneste måde jeg kunne finde ud af, hvornår jeg kunne få mine penge tilbage, var ved at ringe til banken, der kunne fortælle mig, at jeg først fik dem d. 12 november, altså næsten 6 uger efter bestillingen. Det synes jeg er for dårligt! Både at de ikke sender et personligt svar, og at jeg skal vente på mine penge i 6 uger!!!!
Udover det, er jeg meget tilfreds med gratis fragt, da jeg hader at skulle betale ekstra for tøjet.. Jeg kan nok stadig ikke undgå at handle ved Asos, men dette har VIRKELIG sat en begrænsning på mit pengeforbrug derinde!
I HAVE NOW REQUESTED 5 COLLECTIONS FROM ASOS AND DUE TO THEIR NEW PORTAL MY FIRST THREE ATTEMPTS WERE TOTALLY IGNORED. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING WHEN I PAY AN ANNUAL FEE FOR A SERVICE WHICH IS SOLD AS INCLUDING FREE COLLECTION. I EMAILED ASOS AND THEY REPEATEDLY TOLD ME TO REQUEST AGAIN. AFTER 5 REQUESTS THAY SAID A COURIER HAD ATTEMPTED COLLECTION ONCE. ASOS ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY DEATILS OF THIS THOUGH AND NO CARD HAS BEEN LEFT OR DETAILS PROVIDED OR CONSIGNMENT REF COLLECTION FROM THE COURIER SO ITS SOUNDS LIKE A LIE. THEY HAVE TOLD ME TO SEND GOODS IN VIA THE POST OFFICE OR RETURN TO A COLLECT PLUS STORE SO CLEARLY THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE THEY HAVE CHARGED FOR.

Synes ikke kvaliteten af tøjet lever op til prisen... Købte den kjole til 599 kr. da den kom var lynlåsen allerede i stykker og ikke den samme farve på billedet... Det sket flere gange når jeg har bestilt noget at det ikke lever op til det som er på billedet..

Jeg har handlet adskillige gange på Asos.com siden jeg opdagede sitet for nogle år siden. Når først man har fundet ud af hvilke størrelse, man skal bestille i UK, er siden intet mindre end genial. Tøj som du ikke finder alle andre i herhjemme og gratis fragt til DK, det er let at ombytte/returnere da de altid sender returlabel med. Hvis man endelig skal sige noget negativt, er det eneste, at man selv skal betale for returneringen.
I made my first and last ever order with this online seller that is for sure. Returned three of six items as poor quality, got an email confirming that they received the items ant that refund is just about to be done. Since then I am chasing that lost refund as they have sent it back to an no longer existing account. I am exchanging emails with "Rachel" which is obviously not even reading the enquiries but answering with some standard email. First one, they'll get in touch asap, but they need to have a look at it first. Second one is they have refunded me (which I already had and answered to that one, that the money was sent to a wrong account). I explained again and again that the money is coming back and I would like to know what happens next. In one of her nonsense answers she was asking me to fill in the attached form (which was not attached) and send my postage proof even if she could see that she has already confirmed me they got the items back. I gave her 24 hours to get serious and give me some decent answer to my enquiry. She answered AGAIN with more or less standard answer and asked me to wait till 26th (like ten days!!!) and if I don't get my refund till then (how if the only option to send it to a non-existing account is this going to happen???) to get in touch with HER again. I am waiting now, this is quite frustrating as I know how this works as I do refunds myself for online customers and know that this kind of communication is simply unacceptable.

I really don't know what everybody is talking about when mentioning the poor customer service.I mean,yes,I remember a year ago their customer service was more effective and the responses were given at the same day.I have noticed that the responses became slower and sometimes even there is no response at all, but nevertheless they always resolve every problem. For instance,I've ordered some bag from them.I'm from Israel.They always send it without tracking.Usually I receive my goods from UK within two weeks.Three weeks later no order received.Emailed them about that, they asked me to wait another few days.Waited,again nothing.Emailed them again. This time I didn't receive a response but when I checked my order history, I've noticed they processed a new order as a replacement to the one that got lost for free.And they sent it via special company with tracking.Funny thing was that eventually I received both of my orders.The one I thought got lost and the replacement.For some reason it took whole month to arrive instead of two weeks.Sad thing was that I didn't like the quality of the item I ordered so had to pay for both of the orders to return it.
Have used Asos a number of times without issue in the UK and NZ, but would warn users in Italy to avoid delivery to Italy! I suspect the Italian postal service/customs is the root of the problem (I have had similar issues with deliveries from friends and family) so not down to Asos, but just be aware that your package is likely to take weeks rather than days to be delivered.
Jeg har ikke tal på hvor mange gange jeg har bestilt derfra - måske 50? 100? gange..... men jeg vil lige fortælle at kvalitet stemmer overens med pris. størrelserne stemmer overens med de danske, dog indimellem til den mindre side.
De har en gange sendt en pakke forkert til mig ud af de omkring 100 gange jeg har handlet derinde. jeg sendte den pænt tilbage og jeg modtog et par dage efter penge tilbage for det jeg havde betalt for forsendelsen.
Gode mærker, det bedste søgefilter jeg har oplevet, stylist chat hvis man har brug for nye ideer til stil, og det bedste er at du kan gemme dine "drømmekøb" i op til 60 dage og evt. bestille dem inden for de 60 dage.
Er forelsket i denne netshop! love it!
De holder hvad de lover, og de svarer tilbage på e-mails. hvis de har været lidt langsomme til at besvare emails har jeg skrevet til dem over facebook, og har derved fået hurtigere svar.
Engang blev min pakke væk, de sendte mig en ny uden spørgmål - super service.

I bought two pairs of jeans and they got delivered on time. However upon opening the package I noticed that I was sent not one but two incorrect item.
The first pair of jeans was sent in the wrong colour and the second was sent in a different style. The second pair was meant to be high waisted but turned out to low cut jeans.
I sent them a message on Facebook and the first advisor Gabby was helpful but the other advisors Sophie, Char and Wesley were rude and unhelpful. I then decided to email them and someone called Philip replied to me, his response was rude, poor structured and he basically repeated what I told him. He failed to answer my questions about checking stock quantities. He offered me a 10% discount which I seriously don't need had he paid attention to the information on my orders he would have seen that I always get 10% off my orders through Unidays.
I then emailed back on Friday and its now Sunday I have still not had a response. I have written a letter now asking for the complaints procedure since their customer service advisors refuse to provide it. All the advisors that I have dealt with regarding this issue have been rude, patronising and just downright incompetent.
I have returned the whole order through Collect Plus and I know it takes 5 working days for the parcel to be delivered to Asos. I expect a full refund to be processed on receipt as Asos refuse to supply me with the correct items.
If you ever get an incorrect item from Asos don't expect an exchange from them. Don't expect their customer service team to respond anytime in this century.
I want a copy of your complaints procedure as your advisors are only good at fobbing customers know

Ordered a number of items for style and size. The items were returned by collect plus on 31 st August. As I had not been refunded the money I e mailed them and got a very nice email back from Nicola saying she would look into it. I heard nothing so again emailed and got a very nice helpful reply from amber but once again I heard nothing.
Two days ago after a lot of searching I found the customer services tel no and have rung them now 3 times. Each time I get fobbed off with the warehouse are checking for the box and that someone will ring me back but no one ever does. I am now getting increasingly concerned as the value of the missing goods is over £600 and I need this money to be refunded ASAP. I have my proof of returns.
My daughters and myself have used asos a great deal and have never ad any problems before I even recommended them to a number of friends. I would NEVER recommend them and will NOT be shopping with them again. Steer clear is my advice.

I ordered some shoes and a bag but accidentally ordered two of the same bag so emailed Asos asking if they could just sent me one bag and refund me. They sent me just one bag but have not refunded me and have not responded to any of my emails ! Will not use again

For the first time of my life I have never experienced service so bad! Normally I am really patient, but this I can never forgive.
My order was supposed to arrive not later than 22th August. But it did not. I waited a few days (until 28th August) and then I wrote to them. They asked me to wait a few more days (of course) and then go check at my local post office - so I did. Nothing have ever arrived (I know this is probably not Asos fault).
But my father contacted them - course I felt it was out of my hands - and told them, that my order still was not arrived and that I would like my money back or a new shirt (it was a bit pricy!) - But all they did was telling him bad excuses. And every time he tried to do something, they just came up with a new bad excuse for not telling, what then was going to happen and what the solution on this would be. They simply rejected to tell my father anything. They said it was because he did not write from the registered email though I sent them a confirmation containing his email to them.
It was too much. So I took over again. I contacted Asos the 10th September in the morning. Suddenly the new excuse was that she did not know if my address was correct, so she wanted me to check up on that. I told them immediately that my address was correct!
Since then I have not heard from them, and today is the 13 September in the evening. I have written at least two following mails about what then was going to happen, and if somebody please could answer me. But no. What concerns me the most is that they have plenty of time for answering my father that contacted them again - but not me?
I finally changed the registered email to my father’s email - and now they are not answering him.
I cannot believe that such a big company has such bad service! I would never ever recommend them! Course if something is wrong with your order, you are just screwed… There is NO SERVICE TO FIND…
And this is my first order I have placed with them. NOT a good impression!!!!

Today is the 28th October and i still have not got my money back???

I have ordered multiple times from Asos and have found their shipping to be efficient and fast, their tracking service very helpful and regularly updated and the packaging to be perfect. I have received all parcels within the span of a week and have had no issues with sizing at all. All the clothes I've ordered (which truth be told is a LOT) have fitted perfectly and are made from lovely, durable fabrics. I will definitely keep on buying from Asos and eagerly await for that Post Office Slip in the mail to tell me my orders have arrived.
Oh and your flower headbands/garlands are just beautiful and are constructed very well. I've had problems in the past with flowers falling off and elastics snapping with other companies, but Asos is my number one stop, ALWAYS.
And thanks for free postage!
I purchased my items 1 month ago and they have yet to arrive. I asked where they were as I was gauranteed by the company that they would arrive by the end of the month (2 weeks ago). This hasn't happened. I have also been told that my address is wrong (which it is not). I am starting to think this company just takes your money without getting you the product you have been promised. I want my money back, but I can't get anyone at this company to contact me. Their passive emails show a lack of care that I haven't seen in my many years in customer service. The consumer deserves a lot better for their money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Kæmpe stort udvalg, gratis levering til DK, 10% rabat til CBS-studerende og de præsenterer tøjet på en måde der giver et godt overblik over produktet. Eneste kritikpunkt er at tøjet fra deres eget ASOS-mærke ikke altid er bedste kvalitet, men det kan man måske heller ikke forvente af prisen. Jeg har returneret tøj et par gange, primært pga. størrelse, og har pengene tilbage på kontoen indenfor en uge - stærkt serviceniveau :)
So far the only thing I can say about this companies customer service is that it is appalling!
I placed my order yesterday morning, and having placed an order for over £100 I was told I would qualify for free next day delivery. There seemed to be an issue with this at checkout, so I placed the order and called customer services number (which is ridiculously hard to find, as clearly they don't want to talk to people) and asked them what the issue was.
They stated that as a discount code had been used that the free next working day discount code will not work in addition. I disputed this, as part of an online retail company myself, I know that the cost of next day deliveries are minimal compared to the ridiculous amount that companies like this charge, and eventually the member of staff I spoke to said he would arrange for a shipping upgrade. After all have just spent £120 on a dress for a wedding, and all over the website it says spend over £100 for free next day delivery.
The team member I spoke to said that if there was a problem with the request, that he would call me back, before the dispatch cut off time, and inform me, so that I could place my order again, and they would refund the previous order.
As I received no phone call I foolishly believed that the next day delivery change had been fulfilled, but guess what, it hadn't.
Having just spoken to another representative from their customer care team, they don't know when the parcel is being dispatched, they can't assure me of the delivery date, and there is nothing they can supposedly do about it. She originally offered to cancel and replace my order for delivery before 12pm tomorrow, but then backtracked on her offer saying that they couldn't do this as my other parcel hadn't been shipped, and that if i receive a dispatch email today before 9pm to call back and they might be able to get it to me for tomorrow morning, however they can't promise this.
The whole thing is ridiculous. I've spent nearly an hour on the phone getting promises from a customer care team about an order that isn't going to reach e any time in the foreseeable future.
I really hope that ASOS can buck up their ideas and learn to treat their customers with a little more time and respect. I'm hugely disappointed that the service i have received is as bad as it is, and I just hope that they can learn from this. As for my order, I'm desperate for it to arrive tomorrow morning at the latest, but i'm not holding out any hope.
All I can say is that I won't be coming back!
Jeg handler tit over Asos, og det er helt fantastisk. De har altid rigtig gode tilbud - også på mærketøj! Også har de fri fragt oveni det :-) Dog kan pakken godt tage et par uger om at komme, men det er okay, siden at den kommer fra England.
I ordered a dress on Aug 13th to wear to a Wedding at the the end of this month. The expected delivery was to be on or BEFORE Aug 21st. I had scheduled an appt for Friday Aug 23rd for a fitting. Let me just say that today is NOW Monday Aug 26th and I have yet to recieve this package. I emailed ASOS Customer Care and they told me they are terribly sorry but that my parcel went out late and it would be up to a 48 hour delay.
Hmmmm .. that means I would have recieved my package on Friday the 23rd. When I wrote them and explained I was in need of this dress by a specific date (hence why I ordered early) they responded with " We’re really sorry for the delay, we know this isn’t the news you were hoping for. To make it up to you, we’re including a discount code for you to use on your next order. Your 10% code is valid for one purchase on your account." Since Friday I have asked the status, and NO REPLY.
10% SERIOUSLY ASOS!! Thank you but NO THANK YOU, the 10% is not worth the trouble and set back this has caused.
Let me finish by saying I orderd a pair of heels through Lulu's Thursday evening the 22nd, and they have sent me updates that package will be delivered tomorrow! 4 business days before expected! That is the kind of speedy delivery I am talking about!
I placed an order 2 months ago (order no 79714498) - just before I took off for Holliday and chose the express delivery and wanted to have it shipped to my office.
2 days later I receive an email from ASOS that the shipping address is wrong (which it's not, I receive tons of packages at my office daily) and that it would be shipped back to ASOS.
I really needed the stuff and ordered it again as I was told to do by ASOS and this time to my summerhouse.
Some weeks later and still no refund from ASOS I found out that the currier had delivered it to my postoffice at my office, but I was told it was already going back to ASOS.
It's been 2 months - I haven't received my order, and I haven't received a refund.
I've written several emails to the contact email but haven't gotten an answer in weeks!
This is really the lowest quality of service I've ever received!!!!!!!
Ordered jeans online as due to work and family commitments I have little time to shop for clothes.
When arrived, was completely wrong size (incorrect waist and inside leg compared to order). Emailed as per "wrong item sent" instructions on advice note which promised a reply within 4 hours. 24 hours later and a chaser email and still no reply. Had to resort to sending Facebook message to get a response. They were helpful and offered to replace which I accepted, however ten minutes later get another message saying that in fact (having already promised replacement) that the jeans in my size were actually out of stock and I should return for a refund instead.
Come on Asos, this is basic stuff. Yes, mistakes happen but it is unacceptable to promise a resolution within a timescale and then fail to deliver. It's even worse to promise a resolution and then 10 minutes later come back and say you cannot deliver the solution to your own mistake. Yes, I appreciate the 10% discount off my next order but to be honest I don't think I trust them to get it right second time.
The sad thing is I have shipped with Asos in the past and it's always been a pleasure. 9/10 times its been great and when I've had problems they have always been sorted out quickly and efficiently. This is not what I'm used to with Asos and I'm not sure what's going on with Customer Services but I really hope it's just a temporary blip.
Jeg har købt mange ting hos Asos efterhånden, og har kun en enkelt gang oplevet, at varen tog lidt længere tid om at blive leveret end forventet.
Denne ene gang skrev jeg ind til kundeservice og spurgte til mine køb, og fik et sødt og venligt svar og en forklaring.
Når man returnerer varerne får man hurtigt pengene igen, det er bare super!
Jeg har absolut ikke en finger at sætte på den samlede oplevelse.
I found a gorgeous, hard to find French Connection dress on this site. In less than 48 hours, it was in my hands.Expedited shipping was so cheap! Being that it was coming from the UK, I wasn't actually expecting it to be in time. I was pleasantly surprised to see the FedEx delivery today! I will definitely be using this site again
Asos er virkelig en ringe hjemmeside. Bestilte en Asos Bomber Jacket og et par Asos Plimsolls sko, til en samlet pris af 623,72 danske kroner, den 31/7 Jeg får så en mail om at jeg skulle gerne have mine varer inden for 6 hverdage. "Fint nok, det skal alligevel fra UK af, så jeg giver det 10 dage". 10 dage gik, og jeg havde ikke fået min vare endnu, så jeg vælger at skrive en mail til dem, og spørge om hvordan det går med leveringen, og Luke, fra deres kundeservice skriver tilbage samme dag, at jeg gerne skal have mine varer inden den 19. Og hva dato er det i dag? Den 19 august 2013, og jeg har stadig ikke fået mine ting. Så jeg har smidt 623 kroner væk, i næsten en hel måned på noget jeg ikke har fået endnu. Fandeme for dårligt! Aldrig bestil fra dem, man kan ikke regne med dem.
