Absolutely fantastic service and products!
I was delighted with my purchases from The Big Party. Not only was everything really reasonably priced- and actually a lot of serious bargains too, but the quality was good too. I was even more impressed when everything arrived as they looked much better in 'real life'. The next day delivery was the cherry on the top, such a fast and thorough service. I've searched a lot of different sights for a satisfactory products and service but The Big Party has got my vote. It is definitely my chosen personal box of tricks for any party I have planned. Love the products, service and was not disappointed in any way!

Fantastic service and products
Bought some scooby doo party equipment from this website. The value for money was amazing and inc. delivery which arrived so quickly it was still cheaper than buying the products in the supermarket. Have recommended this company to a number if friends already and will definitely use them again!

Great Service will be using it again
Great Service, there was a small problem that some of the items although available on there page, were not in stock so I was a little disappointed.
A prompt phonecall from there owner the next morning let me know the situation straight away.
Items were great value for money arrived well before the time indicated.
I will be using this service again, took the hassle out of shopping at Christmas time for my sons birthday party.
Great selection in themes with some unusual items I have not seen anywhere else.

Good products, customer service could be a lot better.Not delivered in the time it states when ordering.
Products not delivered in the time scale I was given when ordering.It was messy because I had a different delivery address for the day I had expected it to come as I would have been at work. The day it did come there was no one at the delivery address and it caused problems for the driver as he came to that address a number of times.
It was a good job my party was a week later than the week I ordered from them because I would not have gotten it in time. Phone calls were not answered or voice mails replied to efficiently when I rang to query where my order was.

Hi thanks for reviewing our service as we welcome any opportunity to hear about customer experiences. At the time of this incident we were switching our customer service from one location to another. The intention was that all calls would automatically divert but in some cases this did not happen. It is our policy to respond to all calls and emails and this is not a problem we have had before or since. Again I apologise for any annoyance caused and hope you could use our service in the future and have a positive experience.

happy what i got not so about the delivery
i order products from this company. after a few days i rang to say i had not got delivery. i was informed that the parcel was in a shop in the village even thought i had giving my address for delivery. this was no fault of the company but of the delivery company , they did not even bother to ring me to inform me that the parcel was left in the shop. when i asked for an explanation i was told that the delivery company would contact me to explain. they did not. i would use this service again just down to the delivery company, again to fault of the the big party.
