My puppy found everything that came in her first box tastey, fun, and useful!
Bailey and I were very impressed with the variety and value of our first box. She loved the squirrel toy immediately. The treats were a big hit with her as well. My favorite part was the Puppy Wipes. This is my first venture into the realm of housebreaking a puppy and I had no idea how often she would need her feet wiped, (especially when she gets super excited and dribbles, then steps all in it) heh. I'm very happy that I signed up. We are looking forward to next months box and can't wait to see what's in store for us!

I love NOT going to the pet store!
It's so easy! And I'm saving money too! I've found everything to be cheaper than our local pet store. Some stuff I might save only a $1, but I've found a huge savings in cat food. With 2 large dogs and 4 cats, the savings has been huge for me.
I told my father I've found a great place to order my supplies...he said "no thanks, I like the website I'm ordering from." I asked him where so I could compare prices...he said Petflow!
I have to buy so much, shipping is always free...plus I save gas not going to the store. I've found the shipping is perfectly consistent. So I never run out of anything...I urge anyone to give it a try.

Very big selection of food, and treats. I like how it has free shipping on orders over $49. My only complaint is how long it took to get to me. If it was just a few days faster I would of given 5 stars!

Greatful for a Good Food
My 2 year old lab is a very picky eater and would rather starve herself than east the cheap dog food we'd gotten from the grocery store, my sister mentioned Taste of the Wild for my dog and cats, and today the dog food came, I served up the dog food and for the first time in her life she sat down and ate it all in one sitting. Your prices are amazing thank you so much! They love their spoiled rotten boxes too!

I love the fact that my pet flow order comes the day they say it will be delivered. You get an email telling you when they;re shipping and you can adjust it if necessary. Great idea, great service. There is no better way.

When you're pushing for donations for a shelter(s) due to tragedy, make it better than offers to new customers on your website.
Their offer wasn't as attractive as what they offered on their website to new customers. If you're going to advertise a discount and ask new customers to and donate to shelters in an area hit with a tragedy , you really need to make the deal better than what's on your website.
It looked a little shady to me.

shipped quickly
Got all of my dog's food and other products on sale. It was nice to be able to afford food for them that is healthy and not filled with only grains but meats and fish as well. I was able to get a "sampler pack" that I made for myself for under $35 and it was top of the line food. I suggest everyone tries it out. They do scheduled deliveries so you don't have to think about going out to the store to order more, just let them know a head of time (I think a week) if you need the food to come in or not. It's pretty convenient

They have such cute and adorable pictures on this site; and so many of them are so funny I just fall apart at the expressions on the faces of the cats and dogs! Who ever they have writing the captions REALLY do say JUST what the specific animal SEEMS TO BE SAYING with the expression on it's face!!!!! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!!!

excellent help with my order mixup.
They sent wrong item but are shipping it to me with no charge. Told me 2 give the other item to a cat lover. So glad I didn't have to go to the trouble of returning it. Will use their services again in the near future.

Outstanding website
I ordered some calming med that was offered at a very good price, & they also carry
Blue Buffalo dog food which i use for our Bichon, & only 1 store in my area carries it,
& it's a half hour drive from our house. Since the price at Pet Flow was a good one,
I got a 15lb bag. Shipping time was very short. I am most pleased.

We needed a new dog food as our Natural Balance was bought out by a conglomerate. Decided on Blue Buffalo Wilderness. Excellent food but pricey. Found Petflow.com. Not only less expensive but free shipping AND IN 4 DAYS!

Hard to place a single shipment, poor quality merchandise
I first visited this site because I needed Frontline and I had a coupon to use so I thought I would try it. I found items I wanted fairly easily, the website is easy to use, but I found it diffcult to order. Almost every step of the ordering process is geared to start a series of regular shipments of whatever you purchase. I am not a fan of scheduled shipping of product since it has never worked out for me and it is hard to get it returned, so I tried to avoid that, but the ordering process makes it hard. I finally got everything entered correctly, then found out they won't honor coupons for single shipments, which wasn't clear at the start. Frustrating. So, I reduced my order to just what I needed right now and completed the order without a coupon. When I received my package of Frontline, it did not look like a box of new merchandise. It looked like someone had taken an already used package and repacked it. The box looked beat up, faded and dirty. There is a lot number on the box, but no expiration date, leading me to believe this may be expired product or even packed with a different product than what I paid for. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again.

The pet food I buy for over $60 a bag in stores came to a little more than $50 and it was shipped right to our front door so that the dogs could participate in the shopping (nearly scaring the UPS man to death, but that's beside the point)!

Very nice service. Product worked too well.
I bought the dog food bowl that has dividers in it designed to slow down the dog's eating. I have a border collie who was devouring his food and then moving over to my other dog's bowl. Well, the bowl worked too well! It slowed my puppy's eating so well that he gave up. He eats only the top part and then stops eating, I guess because he got so frustrated.

Not Happy
When I received a harness for my dog it looks like it would fit a 5 lb. dog I have a lab. I measured my dog and ordered it according to the size chart. I am not sending it back because I need in a week and do not have enough time. I will not order from your company again, it looks nice but wont fit.

very disappointed
When your product arrived there where NO instructions. NO return slip. I HAVE never bought a product like this and so of course I was excited to see it come. however, by the 3rd day of watching I don't know how many you-tube videos, calling my k-9 unit buddies and contacting you on facebook asking you how to put this "safety harness" not walking harness.. you put a video of the wrong thing. I got a large.. that thing wouldn't fit over hit his chest. you (company) said it would fit a GSD. full grown. my GSD is 80- 90 lbs. so naturally I was driven crazy on how to fit this thing on my dog. that never fit. so I am going to have to chalk it up to it's a CHEAP product and NEVER purchase anything from you again...AND WARN ALL MY GSD's cop friends that I told about this that it's a waste of money.. you wanted my honest opinion. you got it.

I just moved from California to Oregon and was feeding my dogs Great Life. Found out that Great Life is not available in Oregon pet stores. AMAZING! Prices were decent and our order was shipped right away.
People already have asked where we got the cool light up collars and bone tags. We are more comfortable now when we are out with our dogs,(we have 3 ) in the evening. Because we can see where they are all the time. Great idea!

We Finally Found Their Favorite !
We have two beautiful, very spoiled Newfoundland boys! One is 2 years old and one is a Landseer we rescued 6 months ago and he is now 4 years old. These two guys just love each other. Noah is the all black Newfy who is at a perfect weight. He is extremely particular about the food he eats and before we purchased your product......we were becoming extremely frustrated with finding food he would eat. Atticus, the rescued fellow, is extremely overweight. We had to find a food that would taste fantastic and still be free of grains to help him lose this extra weight. The dogs have only been eating your product for 2 weeks, but we are so thrilled that they look forward to meal time and eat every, single bite.
We are now going to participate in your program where you deliver it to our door every month!
